- ➤ Drivers in Scotia face longer detours as Sunnyside Road Bridge remains closed since 2022 following safety concerns that led officials to plan a full replacement. The mayor said state surveys will begin in early spring and construction will start after bidding as the bridge is expected to reopen no earlier than 2027. CBS 6 Albany
