- ➤ Union College announced that board member Brad Karp resigned on Feb. 9 after faculty raised ethical concerns over his mention in the Epstein Files (Karp Hall is not linked to him). President Kiss said board responsibilities will be reassigned among existing legal staff. Concordiensis
- ➤ Union College held a town hall on Feb. 9 where President Elizabeth Kiss (pronounced Quiche) answered student questions on revenue challenges, dining and staff changes, and plans to boost alumni engagement. She will host open office hours on Feb. 16 in Everest Lounge. Concordiensis

- ➤ Larry & Nancy Feldman from Niskayuna recalled watching the historic Miracle on Ice hockey game in Lake Placid on Feb. 22, 1980 when the American college team faced Soviet professionals. They later recovered autographed memorabilia and conserved ticket stubs from the game. WNYT
