- ➤ New York Attorney General Letitia James and 16 other states are suing the federal government over a request for college admissions data. Officials say the demand will force state schools to shift resources needed for other programs. CBS 6 Albany

- ➤ Dr. Sonya Hauser and Dr. Theresa DeLorenzo from Russell Sage College say a healthy gut microbiome, a community of good bacteria, helps with digestion, weight, and mood.
