- ➤ Union College hosted Prize Day 2026 where students were honored for excellence in academics, arts, and engineering with awards for achievements in classics, English, sciences, and more. The event celebrated a diverse range of talents & set a positive stage for future student success. Union College
- ➤ Dani Brown ’26 and Mai Tran ’26 won top awards at Prize Day Saturday afternoon at Memorial Chapel at Union College. Brown received the Frank Bailey Prize for service and Tran earned the Josephine Daggett Prize for conduct and character among more than 100 honors awarded to students. Union College
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ On Saturday, May 9, over 100 participants joined the annual Pedal-Paddle Race at Aqueduct Park (cycling seven miles, paddling two miles, and finishing with a 5K run along local trails). This event launched Schenectady’s Special Events Series amid cool, rainy conditions. CBS 6 Albany
