- ➤ Schenectady City School District asks voters to approve a $310.5 million budget for the 2026–27 school year that increases spending by about 5% while keeping property taxes flat; the proposal addresses rising salary and benefit costs with funding from state aid, reserve funds, and expiring debt (voting is coming soon). - ➤ Union College seniors have been selected for prestigious awards.
