Mannis, allegedly drove while drunk just before 10 p.m. near Broadway and Congress Street in Schenectady—she crashed into two vehicles and a utility pole, resulting in three people being taken to a hospital with minor injuries and triggering charges for DWI, reckless driving, and other traffic infractions.
