Good morning, Schenectady.

Slick's 1804 Tavern in Schenectady has reopened in the Stockade under new owners— the Ottatis have kept its historic charm while adding fresh twists to the menu and preserving local history in the renovated space.

Schenectady was chosen as one of three sites for new starter homes for low-income buyers—other sites include Syracuse and Newcomb.

The state will build up to 200 homes statewide using $50 million from the MOVE-IN NY budget.
