- ➤ After a big fire last year, Indian Ladder Farms moved its doughnut-making operation to a new, larger space—manager Laura Ten Eyck said the extra room lets them add more doughnut machines and produce 50-pound batches, sometimes making over 20 batches on a busy day. WNYT
