About this event
Kids and teens in grades K-12, join us at the STEAM scene. Have fun and make connections in a welcoming and inclusive environment. This month, we will be making cars that roll out of plastic wheels, dowels, straws, and craft sticks. Crafting materials like modeling clay, pipe cleaners, and gems will also be available to make your car look cool. This recipe is not taste-safe, and should not be ingested.
No registration required.
Each month there will be a special STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, math) activity, or kids are also welcome to color, play board games, build with LEGOS, or move using our sensory stepping stones, balance beam, and manipulatives like bean bags and scarves. This program is developed with choice and neuro-inclusion in mind and is a great option for kids with all communication modalities, sensory preferences, and interests!
