About this event

For this online meeting of the Poetry Café discussion group, We'll look at 2 or 3 poems by Emily Dickinson alongside work by Walt Whitman. Dickinson is known for her brief, jewel-like creations while Whitman is famously expansive, with lines that spilled together. Yet both contemporaries were early American poetic trailblazers, Who shall be the winner?? Or will it be a tie?
