About this event

The focus of this class is connecting breath with continual movement. After warming up the joints and muscles, we keep the body moving in dynamic seated, standing and balancing sequences. This class is challenging, fun, set to music and always different. Class is suitable for all levels & abilitys. The room is heated to approximately 93-96 degrees.
